Qualification- Graduation mandatory

Experience- Minimum 1 year in HR background

Language-English &Kannada (mandatory)/ English&Telugu

Package- 15,000 -30,000

Work time- 9.30Am-6.30 PM

Working Days- 6 days

HR Generalist

with at least 1 year of experience in managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in

payroll management, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement

general HR administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment process

- sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Manage

employee onboarding and induction

formalities. Maintain and process

monthly payroll

, attendance, and leave records. Handle

employee queries

, HR documentation, and compliance. Support in

performance management

and appraisal coordination. Ensure smooth execution of

HR policies and procedures

. Assist in

employee engagement

activities and grievance handling. Maintain

HRMIS and employee records

accurately.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year experience

as HR Generalist. Strong knowledge of

recruitment, payroll, and HR operations

.

Proficiency in Kannada and English

(mandatory)or

English and Telugu

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to

join immediately
