We are seeking a strategic and operationally-minded professional to join our team, leading critical initiatives across people management, organizational processes, and structural optimization. This role serves as the backbone of our operational excellence, working directly with leadership to scale our organization effectively while maintaining our culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
A. People & culture:
1. Design and implement people strategies that align with company vision and growth trajectory
2. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for key roles and leadership positions
3. Create performance management systems, career progression frameworks, and retention strategies
B. Process optimization:
1. Identify, design, and implement scalable business processes across all functions
2. Create operational frameworks and standardized procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
3. Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to track organizational health and performance
C. Organizational optimization:
1. Develop organizational structures that support current needs and future growth
2. Design reporting relationships, team structures, and governance frameworks
3. Create role definitions, responsibility matrices (RACI), and decision-making frameworks

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
