Role & responsibilities
1. Non-IT Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles, particularly in Sales.
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills and qualifications. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
2. HR Operations:
Support HR operations such as employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
Assist in maintaining HR records and updating employee data in the HRMS.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and other operational HR tasks.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
