Roles And Responsibilities



Proven experience as an end-to-end IT/Non IT Recruitment- Inhouse. Good understanding of technical skills and industry needs. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and candidate closure. Demonstrated track record in candidate hiring and management. Proficient in utilizing job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and other open-source platforms, with a well-established pipeline of passive candidates. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers. Experience in maintaining an internal candidate database, organized by skill set.

Qualifications



Demonstrated experience as an HR Recruiter. Strong proficiency in English. Bachelor's degree required. Expertise in various sourcing techniques. Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
