We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing core HR functions including employee engagement, talent acquisition, compliance, policy development, and performance management. You will be an integral part of fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with Decode Age's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments. o - Design and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Support performance management cycle - goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 to 9 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in start-up or high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
