Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in

recruitment and onboarding

processes including job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and induction. Maintain and update

employee records

(both digital and physical formats). Support in implementing

HR policies and procedures

in alignment with organizational goals. Handle

employee engagement activities

, grievance redressal, and support employee relations initiatives. Administer

leave and attendance management

systems. Coordinate

training & development

sessions and monitor feedback and effectiveness. Assist with

performance management

processes such as goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals. Ensure compliance with

labor laws and statutory requirements

(ESI, PF, gratuity, etc.). Prepare and analyze

HR reports

(headcount, attrition, recruitment status, etc.). Support in handling

exit processes

including full & final settlement and conducting exit interviews.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
