HR Manager/Generalist Role Summary: Leads the HR function including talent acquisition, payroll, onboarding, statutory compliance, and policy development to create a healthy workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: o Coordinate hiring for sales, warehouse, e-commerce, and support roles o Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts o Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers o Conduct joining formalities and induction o Maintain employee records, issue letters (offer, confirmation, etc.) o Set up welcome kits and buddy programs o Plan monthly engagement activities and internal communication o Run feedback surveys, coordinate team events and celebrations o Help draft and communicate policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct, etc.) o Support POSH and compliance documentation o Track leave, attendance, and assist with exit formalities o Maintain HR files, trackers, HRIS (if implemented) o Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs o Support founder with special HR projects or reports What We're Looking For: o 5-8 years of HR experience in a startup, D2C, retail, or fashion environment preferred o Strong communication, coordination, and people-handling skills o Proactive, organized, and ready to get things done independently o Comfortable working directly with the founder and team leads
