Job Title: HR GeneralistJob Summary:



The HR Generalist is responsible for managing daily human resources tasks to support a positive employee experience and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role involves a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions. Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.

HR Compliance & Administration

Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Benefits Administration

Assist with enrollment, changes, and questions related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

Performance Management

Support performance review processes and track progress. Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues.

Training & Development

Coordinate employee training sessions and track compliance. Support initiatives that foster employee growth and development.

HR Reporting

Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and absenteeism.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related field. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with HR software (e.g.,Zoho ) and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ?13,449.39 - ?40,492.85 per month
