Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR activities to support the organization\'s human resources operations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. The HR Generalist will collaborate with the HR team and various stakeholders to provide support, develop and implement HR best practices that align with the company\'s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Exits
Support onboarding and off-boarding operations with payroll/benefits, IT, L&D, LP, etc.
Lead Inductions
Conduct exit interviews and log/analyze/report on meaningful feedback and retention/turnover data
Employee Relations
Work proactively with management to minimize employee relations issues
When needed, conduct investigations or interventions to mitigate/resolve problems
Partner with People Manager and HR Leadership on Performance Improvement Plans
Ensure adherence with all HR policies, as well as employment-related legal and compliance requirements
Talent Development
Conduct 30,60, 90-day performance check-ins for placement candidates- manage performance increases with People Manager and HR Operations
Partner with People Manager on Annual Review process \xe2\x80\x93 manage consistency and completion
Partner with managers throughout year to monitor and improve employee performance
