About the Role
As an
HR Generalist
at Datastraw, you will play a key role in leading end-to-end recruitment, overseeing payroll and compliance, driving employee engagement initiatives and maintaining HR documentation. You'll be expected to take ownership, ensure accuracy, and collaborate effectively with
remote and onsite teams
in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage payroll, attendance, PF/ESI, insurance, and compliance activities.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records and policy updates.
Oversee ESOP administration, Rewards & Recognition, and engagement programs.
Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
Partner with leadership to enhance HR processes, culture, and performance systems.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience
in HR and recruitment is a must.
Experience working with
remote teams
is required, preferably in a BPO, startup or D2C environment.
Proficient with HRMS tools like
Keka
;
Slack
knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
Must be available for
hybrid work in Ghatkopar West
, Mumbai. (4 days Work from Office & 2 days Work from Home)
