Onboarding:

Posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating background checks, extending offers, and running orientation programs for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns, handling grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace disputes.

Benefits & Compensation:

Administering benefit plans (health, retirement), processing payroll, and managing salary adjustments.

Policy & Compliance:

Developing, updating, and enforcing company policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Training & Development:

Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional growth.

Performance Management:

Assisting with performance evaluations, feedback, and goal setting.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
