We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our trading business. The role involves recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, accounts, warehouse, and support roles
Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities
Manage onboarding and employee documentation
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing
Manage HR MIS, reports, and data accuracy
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment Act
Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings and audits
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances
Support disciplinary actions and exit formalities
Promote positive work culture and employee engagement
Performance Management
Support appraisal cycles and performance reviews
Assist managers with goal setting and feedback processes
Policy & Process
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
