Skills:-
1. 50% Job time in recruitment & hiring- Creating JD's, doing first line of interviews.
2. 25% HR administration like - Attendance, salary, HR compliances, celebrations, ID cards, Uniforms.
3. 15% Employee engagement and retention - Like celebrating occasions, resolve staff internal dispute, discuss and follow the strategy with MD sir if any employee is thinking to leave the company.
4. 10% Admin support - Working with the EA and helping in day to day admins in free time.
Responsibilities:-
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
2. Maintain attendance, leaves, and employee records.
3. Support payroll processing with attendance data.
4. Address employee queries and support employee engagement.
5. Manage HR documentation, compliance, and statutory records.
6. Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
7. Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day HR operations.
