to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment (70%) while also supporting HR operations (30%) including employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (70%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle - from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Conduct reference checks and ensure timely closure of positions.
HR Operations (30%)
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Exposure to HR operations, policies, and compliance.
Good analytical and reporting abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
4-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
* Experience in corporate or manufacturing setup preferred.
