We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture and aligning HR practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Manage HR operations such as attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Support performance management processes (appraisals, feedback cycles, goal setting).
Drive employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
