Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
Partner with hiring managers/team leads to understand manpower requirements.
Drive smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
Support performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS/CRM.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain all documentation.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Coordinate with finance for accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage attendance, leave, and statutory benefits (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
Learning & Development
Identify training needs in collaboration with managers.
Organize internal and external training sessions/workshops.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of HR Generalist experience (preferably in a fast-paced service/healthcare industry).
Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
