Key Responsibilities
Process and review bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee pay records, timekeeping, and attendance data
Coordinate payroll changes: new hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
Serve as point of contact for payroll-related employee inquiries
Administer benefits, leave programs, and employee data
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain HR files, reports, and audits
Assist with HR policies, employee relations, and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or related field
3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience with payroll responsibility
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and employment laws
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent organizational and communication skills
