About the Role:

Geek Web Solution is seeking an HR Generalist with strong experience in the

IT industry

to handle complete HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment for IT roles

. Conduct

onboarding, documentation, and induction

for new joiners. Maintain

HR policies, employee records, attendance, and leave management

. Support

performance management

and appraisal cycles. Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions. Plan and execute

employee engagement activities

. Coordinate accurate

payroll inputs

. Ensure compliance with HR processes and company guidelines. Collaborate with management and technical teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of HR experience in the IT industry

. Strong understanding of

IT recruitment and HR operations

. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with Superworks HRMS tool is a great plus.

Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
