Saturday: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various recruitment channels (job portals, references, social media, consultants, etc.).
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview schedules.
Prepare HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Termination Letters, Relieving Letters, and Experience Letters.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions.
Maintain and monitor attendance and leave records.
Assist in monthly salary preparation by providing relevant attendance and payroll data.
Manage end-to-end Payroll Processing, including salary calculation, deductions, disbursement, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Maintain an accurate and updated Employee Database (soft and hard copies).
Regularly update HR records and reports as per company requirements.
Handle Core HR functions, such as employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Assist in organizing company events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Support management in any other HR-related or administrative work as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
