Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll management through Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.
Handle employee life cycle management - joining formalities, confirmation, transfers, exits, and F&F settlement.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team activities.
Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Collaborate with management for performance reviews and policy implementation.
Generate regular HR reports and ensure data accuracy in systems.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in HR operations/generalist roles.
Proficiency in Zoho People / Zoho Payroll preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage confidential information.
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/BBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
