Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage HRIS data entry and reporting; ensure data accuracy and integrity
Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee questions
Assist with performance management processes and annual reviews
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Participate in policy development and ensure consistent application across the organization
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Prepare HR-related documentation and reports required for NAAC, NBA, COE, and other statutory/accreditation bodies

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
