Job Summary:



We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.) as per applicable laws. Organize employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Ensure smooth exit formalities (resignation acceptance, full & final settlement, relieving). Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements. Prepare HR reports and assist in audits.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field. 1-3 years of HR experience (preferred in manufacturing/ corporate sector). Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
