Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, and offer letters
Maintain employee master records and personal files
Manage daily attendance, leaves, and update records in the system
Maintain office supplies, manage employee ID cards, assets, and workstations
Support in organizing team activities, training sessions, and engagement events
Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, salary slips, etc.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct exit formalities including clearance and feedback
Manage vendor coordination: office equipment, travel, repairs, couriers, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
