You will act as a bridge between management and employees, promoting a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Administer and monitor employee benefits and leaves
Handle employee grievances, support conflict resolution, and ensure adherence to labor laws
Assist in performance management processes and appraisals
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Support HR projects and initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Participate in HR audits and implement improvement recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Executive, or similar role (1-3 years preferred)
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or PGDM in HR
Familiarity with tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
