Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer finalization
Work with department heads to understand manpower needs
Use Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and local sources for candidate sourcing
Maintain interview records and generate weekly recruitment reports
Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate pre-joining activities and documentation
Conduct Day 1 onboarding formalities and joining kits
Deliver structured induction programs (company policies, code of conduct, team introduction)
Ensure new hire documentation is complete and filed properly
Coordinate IT/admin setup for new joiners
Take regular feedback from new joiners and share with HR Manager
HR Operations & Admin - 50%
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Track attendance, leaves, late marks, and generate monthly MIS reports
Support payroll inputs (new joiners, exits, leave balances, etc.)
Assist with statutory compliance paperwork (ESIC, PF, gratuity, etc.)
Handle office admin tasks: ID cards, uniforms, visitor records, office supplies
Support HR initiatives like employee engagement, training coordination, and internal communication
