We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Generalist to lead our human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing HR plans, resolving employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
End-to-End Recruitment
: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews.
2.
HR Planning
: Develop and implement HR plans that align with the company's business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
3.
Employee Grievance
: Resolve employee grievances and concerns in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4.
Onboarding and Offboarding
: Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
5.
Performance Management System
: Develop and implement a performance management system that aligns with the company's business objectives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
6.
Leave and Attendance:
- Monitor and track employee attendance, including tardiness, absenteeism, and overtime.
7.
Payroll
: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
8.
Employee Engagement
: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, including employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms.
9.
MIS
: Prepare and analyze HR-related metrics and reports, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover rates, and training effectiveness.
10.
HR Policies
: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies
11.
HR Projects
: Lead and manage HR-related projects, including process improvements, policy development, and training initiatives.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
