This role requires a professional who can manage core HR functions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding and induction training
: Manage the onboarding process ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Employee relations

Responsible for communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Coaches/consults with managers and employees on issues including performance, terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. Coordinates all employee activities/programs.
Assist in resolving employee issues through effective communication, counselling, and conflict resolution techniques.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities.
Recruitment
: Support in recruitment and selection process in coordination with hiring managers
Offboarding Responsibilities
: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions. Manage the offboarding process ensuring various compliances are taken into account.
Payroll and HR Compliance
: Handle end-to-end payroll process along with the HR compliance activities. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's policies and practices are in compliance with employment laws.
Compensation
- Monitors and create applicable salary structures and checks to see that they are within regulatory guidelines.
Managing HRMS
Employee Engagement
: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration
: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, performance evaluations, offer letters, appraisal letters, IT declaration, etc
