We are seeking an HR Generalist with strong experience in
recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
, along with working knowledge of
Payroll, Compensation, PF, ESIC
, and HRMS operations. The role requires someone who can manage end-to-end hiring while also supporting day-to-day HR and basic admin activities.
Key Responsibility
Recruitment-
Manage end-to-end recruitment for
IT & Non-IT
roles
Source suitable candidates through portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct screening, schedule interviews, and manage the complete selection process
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring timelines
Payroll & Compliance -
Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of attendance, leaves, and salary inputs
Support statutory compliance tasks including
PF, ESIC, PT
, and related documentation
Maintain employee compensation data and update records as required
HR Operations & HRMS-
Maintain and update HRMS data including attendance, leaves, and employee records
Handle documentation, onboarding, and employee file management
Assist in exit process formalities and clearance activities
Organize employee engagement activities and events
Manage basic administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams as needed
Address basic employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications-
1-3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
Strong expertise in
recruitment
across IT & Non-IT roles
Working knowledge of
Payroll, Compensation, PF, ESIC
, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with
HRMS software
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
