Job Title: HR GeneralistRequirement: 1Job roles and responsibilities:
Administer compensation and benefit plans while coordinating with organization's management.
Completely responsible for entire talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Design, develop, implement & measure human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
Must know ESI, PF, Professional Tax & other compensation and benefits related laws & procedures.
Must be open to travel for business.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business with Human resource or related discipline is must. MBA (Human Resource Management is preferred).Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of professional experience .Language: Advanced communication skills in English with excellent oral and written skills. Human Resource Operation & Management, Data Analytics, Reporting, excellent Excel, Power point skills & technologically sound candidate.Salary: Between 3.6-4.2 lakhs.
