Job Description

Job Title: HR GeneralistRequirement: 1Job roles and responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans while coordinating with organization's management.
  • Completely responsible for entire talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Design, develop, implement & measure human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
  • Must know ESI, PF, Professional Tax & other compensation and benefits related laws & procedures.
  • Must be open to travel for business.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business with Human resource or related discipline is must. MBA (Human Resource Management is preferred).Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of professional experience .Language: Advanced communication skills in English with excellent oral and written skills. Human Resource Operation & Management, Data Analytics, Reporting, excellent Excel, Power point skills & technologically sound candidate.Salary: Between 3.6-4.2 lakhs. Ready to negotiate for the right candidate.Location: Gachibowli, HyderabadJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Rs.30,000.00 - Rs.35,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
