We are looking for an HR generalist Fresher Female Candidate for our Tridots Tech company. Candidate must be a conceptual thinker and have outstanding communication, staff management, and organizational conflict management skills.

HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST DUTY:

- Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.

- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.

- Assist with the recruitment process

- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

- Organize and handle events.

- Assist with budget monitoring

HR Job Requirement:

- MBA in HR [General or Recruitment]

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Good computer literacy.

- Record-keeping skill.
- Near Porur.

SALARY- Rs. 15,000/- month

NO WORK FROM HOME OPTION

Candidate must be near the PORUR, Chennai location
