HR Generalist

to strengthen our growing team at the Head Office in Pattambi.

HR Generalist

Experience:

2-5 years (preferably in retail, manufacturing, or multi-branch setup)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Manage performance evaluation, employee engagement, and grievance handling. Coordinate with management on manpower planning and compliance requirements. Ensure HR policies and practices are implemented effectively across branches.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration. Strong understanding of HR functions and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
