Responsibilities:
1. Exit Interviews*: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights on reasons for leaving.
2. Separation Agreements*: Prepare and facilitate separation agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Benefits and Payroll*: Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payment of final wages and benefits.
4. Equipment and Asset Return*: Ensure the return of company equipment, assets, and property.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection*: Maintain confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of sensitive employee data.
6. Reporting and Analytics*: Provide insights and recommendations to management based on exit interview data and trends.

1. Experience*: 2+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or a related field.
2. Communication Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Discretion and Confidentiality*: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
