About the Role



We are looking for an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience and will manage a broad spectrum of HR functions, including HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compliance, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys taking ownership, and can balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Handle end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Maintain job postings across platforms and manage candidate pipelines. Conduct background verification and maintain recruitment documentation. Plan and execute structured onboarding, induction sessions, and joining formalities. Ensure timely creation of employee records and system setup for new hires.

2. HR Operations & Documentation



Maintain employee master data, contracts, and personal files (physical & digital). Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, and leave data with Finance. Process reimbursements, incentives, and benefits accurately and on schedule. Update HRMS/HRIS records and ensure smooth functioning of attendance and leave workflows. Maintain audit-ready documentation for all HR and compliance records.

3. Compliance & Administration



Support statutory compliance requirements: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity, etc. Keep HR registers, challans, and forms updated as per labor law norms. Assist with data collation and document preparation for internal and external audits. Maintain compliance checklists and coordinate with CA/Accounts teams for periodic updates.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare



Coordinate milestone celebrations, team activities, and recognition drives. Manage feedback collection (onboarding, exit, and pulse surveys). Support internal communication and employee welfare initiatives. Assist in organizing off-sites, workshops, and L&D sessions.

5. Performance & Data Management



Track probation completion, confirmation, and appraisal timelines. Maintain and update employee performance data and feedback documentation. Assist managers in goal-setting and evaluation documentation. Generate HR reports and dashboards for attendance, headcount, attrition, and leave.

6. HR Systems & Support



Administer HRMS tools such as Zoho People, Zimyo, GreytHR, or Keka. Ensure accuracy of all HR data, employee requests, and system updates. Coordinate with IT/Admin for onboarding/offboarding logistics and access controls. Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and escalation support.

Who Can Apply



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. 3-7 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR domains. Strong working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and Google Workspace. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership and confidentiality. Prior experience in both structured and fast-paced environments will be advantageous.
