We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to manage a variety of human resources and administrative functions. The role will cover payroll, recruitment, administration, reporting, and other tasks as directed by the Director, ensuring smooth HR operations and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Administer payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare and coordinate HR and management reports.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
Assist in implementing HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle additional HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field.
1-3 years of HR generalist experience preferred.
Knowledge of payroll, recruitment, admin and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
