Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Strategic HR Planning:

Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and initiatives that support organizational growth.

? Employee Relations:

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR related matters. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work culture.

? Talent Acquisition:

Partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and attract top talent. Assist in recruitment strategies, participate in the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

? Performance Management:

Support performance management processes to drive employee productivity and development. Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.

? Learning and Development:

Identify training and development needs within the organization. Work with departmental leaders to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.

? HR Compliance:

Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and company standards. Conduct periodic audits to monitor compliance and mitigate risks.

? Employee Benefits and Compensation:

Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks. Support compensation benchmarking to maintain competitiveness and fairness.

? HR Metrics and Reporting:

Track HR metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare reports for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.

? 1 - 2 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.

? In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Day shift Weekend availability
