Job Description

Hiring for HR Generalist with IT Recruitment experience. The candidate will be working 60% on recruitment & 40% on generalist activitiesRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Hiring remote employees as well as in-office employees
  • Source and recruit candidates through direct recruiting efforts—using available job boards, deep web searches and social media channels
  • Work closely with the Hiring Manager to develop and execute tactical sourcing methods
  • Qualify candidates through recruiting calls - screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, behaviour, availability, technical skills and salary requirements
  • Building Organisation
  • Setting up of HR Policies
  • Should be able to give training to employees on soft skills
Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Ability to source through social media networking (LinkedIn, Job Portals and social networks)
  • Strong behavioural interviewing techniques and the ability to quickly evaluate candidates to ensure that they are fit for the job
  • Proactive attitude in processing the interview and offer process, reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates
  • Excellent communication skills are a must
