DESIRED SKILLS
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
Familiarity with HR metrics, reporting tools and HRIS systems
Experience working in or supporting HR functions.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to IT companies.
