Post:- HR Generalist / Sr. HR Generalist

Experience :- 1-6 years (Real Estate / Construction)

Salary:- Nego

Location:- Pune - Baner

Key Responsibilities :-

Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts to foster a harmonious work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and ensure fair compensation practices.

Performance Management:

Assist with performance reviews, provide feedback, and support goal-setting and professional development initiatives.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and support professional growth for employees.

Compliance & Policies:

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and labor laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations.

HR Operations:

Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including managing employee data, implementing HR programs, and advising on HR-related issues.

Working Timing & Days:- 9.30am to 6.00pm | Monday to Saturday
