Job Description
1. Should have worked for a similar industry like engineering goods manufacturing2. Should be adept in all statutory compliances like Factory Licence Registration and Renewal, E-Challan for Various Challan Payments to Chhattisgarh Government, Environment Board, C.G. Labour Welfare, C.G State Power Distribution Corporation, etc3. Well versed with Hindi typing and letter drafting4. Hands on knowledge of PF/ ESCI Compliances5. Adept with key string searches on job portals like Naukri, Timesjob, Careerbuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Monster, etc6. Have previously involved in telephonic screening, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, Salary negotiations, etc7. Posting jobs on the above mentioned portals8. Maintaining database of candidates and history tracking of all the interviews9. Liasioning with Recruitment agenciesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
