Job Description


Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You\xe2\x80\x99ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like recruitment, organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you\xe2\x80\x99ll also act as the main point of contact for employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries on HR- related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department\xe2\x80\x99s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Talent acquisition and recruitment \xef\x82\xb7 Administer compensation and benefit plans \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives \xef\x82\xb7 Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise \xef\x82\xb7 Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace \xef\x82\xb7 Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies \xef\x82\xb7 Undertake tasks around performance management \xef\x82\xb7 Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates \xef\x82\xb7 Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form \xef\x82\xb7 Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with labor regulations Requirements and skills \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience as an HR Generalist \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures \xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of employment/labor laws \xef\x82\xb7 Outstanding knowledge of MS Office \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and people skills \xef\x82\xb7 Aptitude in problem-solving \xef\x82\xb7 Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach \xef\x82\xb7 MBA in HR \xef\x82\xb7 Additional HR training will be a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 40,000.00 per month Schedule:
