Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for drivers and employees
Oversee
payroll processing
and ensure timely, accurate disbursement
Handle
attendance management
and maintain proper HR records
Address and resolve
employee grievances
in a fair and timely manner
Drive
performance management
processes for drivers and staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
3-4 years of HR experience in the transport/logistics industry
(mandatory)
Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, grievance handling, and performance evaluation
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
Preferable male candidate
