Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

HR Generalist

to join our team in the transport industry. The ideal candidate will have

3-4 years of experience

handling end-to-end HR operations and must be familiar with the challenges and requirements of workforce management in logistics/transport.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for drivers and employees Oversee

payroll processing

and ensure timely, accurate disbursement Handle

attendance management

and maintain proper HR records Address and resolve

employee grievances

in a fair and timely manner Drive

performance management

processes for drivers and staff Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

3-4 years of HR experience in the transport/logistics industry

(mandatory) Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, grievance handling, and performance evaluation Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills

Preferable male candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
