About TellMe
TellMe is a preventive mental-wellness platform offering a safe, video-enabled space to vent and be truly heard. Our trained psychology graduates listen with empathy and presence so users can navigate everyday emotional stress.
Why this role matters
You'll run the heartbeat of our ops: smooth scheduling, call coordination,payouts, and timely support for users and our listener panel--so every conversation starts on time and feels cared for. As we scale, we need someone sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented who can handle both HR functions (payouts, rostering, onboarding) and operational tasks (scheduling, coordination, documentation).
Key Responsibilities
Core Operations
Coordinate real-time scheduling between users and listeners via our dashboard (no coding needed).
Monitor slots and assign listeners based on availability, shift, and language.
Manage transitions between urgent and scheduled sessions; flag no-shows/mismatches/escalations.
HR & Listener Panel Management
Calculate variable payouts
for listeners based on hours worked, shifts covered, and sessions completed.
Maintain accurate
attendance records, weekly hours, and performance logs

Support on-boarding
of new listeners
: account setup, dashboard familiarization, and initial training guidance.
Be the HR bridge for queries about shifts, payouts, and policies.
A) Listener Panel Coordination
Maintain rosters, attendance, and weekly hour tracking.
Support onboarding (accounts, dashboards, first-day handholding).
Liaise with tech for UI/bug reporting and quick fixes.
B) User Support (Chat/Call/Email)
Handle urgent user queries; route to the right person fast.
Assist with payments, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
C)
Documentation
Maintain logs of sessions, listener reports, and user feedback.
Track issues to closure; publish a brief weekly summary.
Who Should Apply:
You are
tech-comfortable
(basic Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, Notion).
You
care about mental wellness
and understand the importance of dignity, confidentiality, and empathy.
You're
a problem-solver
, not afraid to own decisions and bring clarity in chaos.
You've worked in
B2C operations, customer support, or scheduling roles
(preferred but not mandatory).
You're fluent in
English + Hindi
(Marathi is a plus).
