Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Human Resources:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Conduct

employee induction programs

and maintain personnel records. Assist in preparing and processing

monthly payroll

, attendance, and leave management. Support

performance management

, training, and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with

HR policies, labor laws

, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.). Handle

exit formalities

including full & final settlements and relieving documentation.

Administration:



Oversee

office administration

for day-to-day operations and facility management. Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and support staff for smooth office functioning. Manage

inventory, stationery, and asset tracking

. Support management in

organizing company events, travel bookings

, and logistics. Handle internal communications and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail with a proactive approach.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration 1-3 years of experience in HR operations and administrative support.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,660.19 per month
