Primary Role To ensure that quality recruitment is done within the time. Ensure that Documentation of New Joinee and Employee Leaving the organisation is done as per the set process. To help the Legal department for implementing the labor laws at AMC. To see that employees are working in a disciplined manner where necessary report the breach of policy / Code of Conduct and help in implementing Disciplinary Action. To handle Grievances of Employee when ever it arises. Help employees in Team engagement and employee motivation. Co-ordinate with Training team for Employee TNI and execution of Training. Co-ordinate on various activities related to HR activities.
