JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE: Manager Human Resource
JOB TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION: HO, Prahladnagar Ahmedabad
Reporting to : CEOSingle SPOC for all HR related mattersJob Responsibilities

• Handle talent acquisition and recruitment processes through various sources e.g. through consultants, job sites, linked In, Social networking sites etc.
• Handling employee onboarding & Offboarding
• Analyze training needs by having one on one sessions, floating questionaires and plan training for the same.
• Support employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, grievance handling etc. and resolve issues.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Develop and implement human resource policies as per organizational need
• Handle performance management, employee engagement on timely basis
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Take care of payroll administration and salary related monthly processes.
• Give induction to new joinees & HR Manual updation and implementation.
• Handle statutory compliance related matters, PF Withdrawls & ESIC handling

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream
• MBA HR preferred
• Additional HR training will be a plus

Experience:

• Proven and hands on 5+ years experience as HR Generalist

Skills:

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
