We are Hiring HR Generalist for a Well Known FMCG Company based at Shantipura Circle, S.P Ring Road, Ahmedabad. Roles & Responsibility:

Experience of handling employee strength of 50 or above
Attendance & Payroll Management
Recruitment of Staff as per company requirement.
To coordinate with HR consultant.
To conduct induction program for newly joined candidates.
To update & maintain all HR related records.
Implement & manage HR Policies, Procedures & Performance Management System.
Employee Engagement Activities
Establish system for Training & Development of Staff Members.
Should have knowledge of statutory/legal compliance.
Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, Procedures, and policies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Ability to work individually.
Outstanding leadership skills.
Good presentation and consulting abilities.
