We are looking for an Admin cum Payroll Executive cum HR Generalist for our Ahmedabad location.

Designation: Admin cum Payroll Executive cum HR Generalist

Work hours: 01PM to 10PM or 03PM to 12AM,

( Saturday and Sunday off )

Salary range: Up to 20K

Responsibilities:

Admin: Vendor management, cafeteria management, housekeeping management, security management, travel and transport management, complete office admin management

HR Generalist: Generating offer letters, experience letters, and maintaining records, making payroll and submitting payroll information to payroll vendor, making reports to CPO and CEO

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graduation is compulsory
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal
Accounts: Need to work in QuickBooks accounts (we will train candidate on the same)
