Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers, project managers, and management for manpower requirements.
Manage HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Handle complete employee lifecycle: joining, confirmation, appraisal, resignation, and exit formalities.
Support campus hiring drives and bulk recruitment activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR coordination.
Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and performance appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR standards.
Prepare HR reports, Maintaining Data's of employees and support management decision-making.
Administrative Responsibility
Support basic office administration, coordination, and documentation.
Maintain office records and assist in smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
Basic understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, ESI, and PF.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
