Key Responsibilities
:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Help in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Maintain employee records and update internal HR databases.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR policies.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks in the HR department.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
