Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination).
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
Prepare HR documents like offer letters, ID cards, and joining kits.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Update daily HR reports, attendance, and employee data.
Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and tools
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
